Each visit I’ve made to this park has been worse than the previous one. Today, while there was a large group of students zip lining I had a man cat call & heckle myself & my service dog. He tried to get her to come to him & when she wouldn’t respond he actually got up and walked towards me. I not being “properly prepared” immediately & calmly started to my car about 50 yards in front of us as he followed. I made sure to not seem panicked or afraid as it would give him an advantage. The park was full of people playing disc golf or sleeping On benches but none were within sight or reaching distance as I am sure he was aware. I have the horrible feeling about what would have happened if I was staring at my phone and not aware of my surroundings. Just because there are bystanders doesn’t automatically mean anyone will risk their life to save yours. Please be vigilant while visiting this park especially & I would Not recommend bringing children here to play. There are many nicer, safer locations in Daytona. I will never visit this location again as long as it’s left in its current state and I caution others, especially if you are going alone!

This is a very large unique park. It is also considered a Forest Preserve. It has an excellent disc golf course and an interesting zip line adventure available. The park is a great bicycling destination.

It was so much fun. The instructor was very patient and explained everything.

It is a nice park but there is not much of a playground for kids to play and most of the picnic areas are occupied by homeless during the day every time I have come by. It does have a nice disc golf course that is well marked with maps and large fields to play with the kids.

We came to Daytona to maybe decide to live here.we have been spending a few days In this park, watching county workers destroy the natural habitat and leave a huge mess, watched people who work the Zipline, tell the salvation army folks, not to come through and feed the homeless. We have seen them take away the only grill so people cannot come here and cook out anymore,we did this several times and fed everyone around, Today we were making breakfast to feed people less fortunate than others, and we were told hanging out in our car all day is considered camping and that is not allowed it is trespassing and we could be arrested and our car taken away from us.What kind of park is this? Only for Zipline and frisbee people?, We read the rules. And we're never breaking them.
